Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) is gearing up for the return of Gulfood, marking its landmark 30th edition from 17 – 21 February 2025.

Under the theme ‘The Next Frontier in Food,’ the mega event will highlight transformative innovations in the global food and beverage (F&B) industry.

With an anticipated trade volume of USD 20 billion, Gulfood 2025 is poised to represent 1% of the world’s total F&B trade.

Largest-ever exhibition space

As the biggest edition yet, Gulfood 2025 will feature over 1 million products from 5,500 exhibitors spanning 129 countries. The exhibition will cover 24 massive halls, exceeding 1.3 million square feet, offering a stage for leading multinationals and emerging food ventures alike.

Gulfood 2025 is projected to generate 1% of global F&B trade, solidifying its role as a premier hub for international commerce.

Pavilions from global food powerhouses such as the USA, France, Brazil, the UK, India, Singapore, Japan, and Australia will showcase cutting-edge food solutions, alongside first-time participants from Kosovo, Madagascar, Mauritius, and Zambia.

“Building upon Dubai’s transformation into a global epicentre, Gulfood has evolved over 30 years into the premier platform for trade, industry dialogue, and trendsetting,” stated Trixie LohMirmand, Executive Vice President of DWTC. “This milestone event will reinforce the UAE’s role as an international hub for food innovation and business partnerships.”

Global F&B leaders take centre stage

Gulfood 2025 will unite the world’s top food and beverage giants, including ABIEC – (Brazilian Beef Exporter’s Association), Agthia Group, Al Ain Farms, Alokozay, Al Rawabi, Americana, Choithrams, Dilmah Ceylon Tea, Hayel Saeed Anam & Co., Hype Drinks, IFFCO, Japan Meat & Livestock, JBS, Lactalis, Saputo, Savenica Fromage & Dairy, Seara Food Europe Holding, TATA International Ltd., Tilda, US Meat Export Federation, and Wilmar.

Visitors will have access to exclusive Gulfood Discovery Tours, designed to provide in-depth industry insights through curated thematic routes. These include segments focused on gourmet specialities, alternative proteins, digitalisation in food supply chains, and locally produced ‘Made in the Emirates’ innovations.

Culinary legend Alain Ducasse joins an elite lineup of chefs, unveiling ‘Culinary Futurism’ at Gulfood’s highly anticipated Top Table programme.

Food500 Summit

A major highlight of Gulfood 2025 is the inaugural Food500 Summit, an exclusive gathering of global CEOs, policymakers, investors, and scientists. Key discussions will revolve around AI-driven transformations, international trade dynamics, food security, investment strategies, and sustainability.

Among the confirmed speakers are Piret Hartman, Minister of Agriculture and Food Production of Estonia; Dr. Obaid Saif Hamad Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment and Development (AAAID); Geeta Sethi, Advisor and Global Lead for Food Systems at the World Bank; and Dr. Edwini Kessie, Director of the Agriculture and Commodities Division at the World Trade Organization (WTO).

World-class culinary experiences

Gulfood’s acclaimed Top Table programme returns, sponsored by the Japan External Trade Organisation (JETRO), under the theme ‘Culinary Futurism.’ The programme will feature Michelin-starred chefs, including the legendary Alain Ducasse, who makes his first-ever Gulfood appearance. He will be joined by culinary greats such as Romain Meder, Ana Roš, Ángel León, and Fredrik Berselius, offering exclusive insights into the future of global gastronomy.

Global leaders from WTO, World Bank, and AAAID to discuss food security, AI-driven transformation, and investment strategies at Gulfood’s inaugural Food500 Summit.

Dubai World Cuisine will further enrich the experience by hosting city-wide four- and six-hands dinners, where homegrown chefs collaborate with international talents. Exclusive dining offers will be available to attendees, reinforcing Dubai’s status as a global food capital.
